04 Nights / 05 Days
Day 01: Arrival in Colombo
- Arrive in Sri Lanka’s capital and check in to your hotel.
- Enjoy a welcome dinner and a brief introduction to the Ramayana’s importance in local heritage.
Day 02: Colombo to Chilaw and Kandy
- Visit Munneswaram Temple in Chilaw, believed to be a place where Lord Rama prayed for guidance.
- Continue to Manavari Temple, noted as the first place Lord Shiva was worshipped by Rama.
- Travel onward to Kandy and rest at your accommodation.
Day 03: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
- Journey upcountry, stopping at Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple in Ramboda, where Hanuman is said to have searched for Sita.
- Continue to Seetha Amman Temple near Nuwara Eliya, a riverside shrine associated with Sita’s captivity, and visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens, linked to the Ashok Vatika from the epic.
Day 04: Nuwara Eliya to Ella
- Explore Divurumpola Temple, where Sita is believed to have performed an agni pariksha (trial by fire) to prove her innocence.
- Travel to Ella to see Ravana Falls and Ravana Cave, both connected to the story of Ravana and Sita.
Day 05: Ella to Colombo/Departure
- Return to Colombo, making optional stops at sites like Kataragama or other temples significant to the Ramayana.
- Depart Sri Lanka with lasting memories of the island’s mythology and scenic wonders.

- Normal check in/out time of hotels is 1200 hrs. We can request for early check in or late check outs but these cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 21 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made 14-21 days before the tour start date will receive 50% refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made 07-14 days before the tour start date will receive 25% refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made less than 07 days before the tour start date or no shows are non-refundable.
