The itinerary outlines a 7-day, 6-night journey through some of Sri Lanka’s most captivating destinations. Beginning with arrival in Colombo, travelers are transferred to the nearby coastal town of Negombo, where they can relax and enjoy a peaceful evening by the beach or pool. The adventure continues as guests travel from Negombo to Sigiriya, with a stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a sanctuary dedicated to the care and conservation of elephants. The following days include visits to iconic sites such as the ancient Sigiriya rock fortress, and an exciting wildlife safari in Minneriya National Park, known for its large elephant gatherings and diverse bird species. Cultural exploration features at the Dambulla Cave Temple, famous for its vibrant murals and Buddha statues. The trip also includes a stop in the scenic city of Kandy, with opportunities to explore local markets brimming with fresh fruits and spices. Finally, visitors arrive in Bentota, a serene coastal area known for its pristine beaches and safe swimming spots, perfect for unwinding at the end of the journey.
06 Nights / 07 Days
Day 01: Arrival in Colombo and Transfer to Negombo
- Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Meet your guide and reach your hotel in Negombo, a beach town near the airport.
- Settle in and enjoy a leisurely evening on the golden sands or by the hotel pool.
Day 02: Negombo to Sigiriya
- After your breakfast head to Sigiriya, located in Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle.
- Check into your hotel surrounded by lush countryside.
Day 03: Sigiriya and Minneriya National Park
- Early morning climb of the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, with its fascinating frescoes and panoramic views.
- Cool off at the hotel pool, and then take an afternoon wildlife jeep safari in Minneriya National Park, famous for elephant gatherings and birdlife.
- Return to Sigiriya for a relaxed evening.
Day 04: Sigiriya to Kandy (via Dambulla)
- Explore the Dambulla Cave Temple with its colorful Buddhas and ancient murals.
- Continue to Kandy, a picturesque city by the lake. Stop along the way at a local fruit or spice market.
- In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and take a gentle walk around Kandy Lake.
- In the evening, attend a cultural dance performance suitable for all ages.
Day 05: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (by train)
- Take the scenic train from Kandy through tea country to Nuwara Eliya, kids will love the dramatic vistas and cool climate. (Should be reserve your seats before a month).
- Tour a tea plantation, learn how tea is made, and sample different brews.
- Explore Victoria Park or take a paddleboat ride on Gregory Lake.
Day 06: Nuwara Eliya to Bentota (via Kitulgala)
- Journey from the hills to the famous southern beaches, stopping in Kitulgala for a short family-friendly walk or river activity if the family is adventurous.
- Reach Bentota, renowned for its beautiful beaches and safe swimming areas.
- Spend the afternoon by the sea or try gentle watersports like kayaking or tube rides.
Day 07: Bentota and Departure
- Spend a relaxed morning on the beach or visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, where children can learn about sea turtle conservation and may even help release hatchlings.
- Depending on departure time, transfer to Colombo or directly to the airport.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 21 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made 14-21 days before the tour start date will receive 50% refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made 07-14 days before the tour start date will receive 25% refund without bank chargers.
- Cancellation made less than 07 days before the tour start date or no shows are non-refundable.
